Most walks, I imagine myself as Dr. Watson to his Sherlock Holmes. He always seems so terribly focused and driven as he sniffs each inch of every sidewalk, tree, potted plant and pole. And I just walk along, seeing, without observing, the clues that are so obvious to him.
